Provision of the Goodhealth Online (Service) The Service is accessed via a telecommunications dial-up connection. You are responsible for the provision of and payment for telecommunications services plus a suitable PC, modem and any other items of hardware or communications equipment necessary to enable you to access the Service. In no circumstances will we be able to issue refunds against charges you incur for such items or services. You are responsible for the costs incurred in contacting the Customer Services Centre and in no circumstances will we be able to issue refunds against these charges. Use of the Service
