If you require hospital treatment, please contact our medical helpline as soon as reasonably possible prior to admission giving full details of the condition, proposed treatment, including the dates, the name of the procedure (if known) together with the name of the specialist and hospital concerned. The medical helpline numbers are provided on the back of your membership card, or can be accessed by contacting the emergency numbers, or through our claims offices below.

USA Provider Network

For those with Option 4 cover, AGB has arrangements with various Provider Networks in the USA to enable treatment to be undertaken at those medical facilities. Direct billing can be organised but to be eligible for benefit all treatment must be pre-certified by us.
